이 모자는 방치된 옷이나 오래된 원단에서 얻은 천 조각들을 겹겹이 쌓고 꿰매어, 하나의 풍경처럼, 하나의 장면처럼 표현하는 흘로만의 독자적인 직조적 기법인 '우브그로(Wovegrow)' 기법으로 제작되었습니다.

 캡에는 해체된 의류에서 얻은 다양한 재질의 원단을 겹쳐 수영장을 위에서 내려다본 모습을 표현했습니다. 물결처럼 유기적으로 흐르는 곡선의 합은 여름의 한 장면을 은유적으로 떠올리게 합니다. 흘로는 이 모자를 통해 시간이 남긴 흔적들을 새로운 시선으로 바라보며, 원단의 잠재력을 다시 피워냅니다. 

This cap is crafted using Wovegrow, Hlow’s original woven technique that layers and stitches together pieces of fabric sourced from neglected garments and aged textiles —

transforming them into a singular landscape, a singular scene.

The brim is composed of layered fabrics from deconstructed clothing, depicting a swimming pool seen from above. The organically flowing curves evoke a metaphorical image of a summer moment, like rippling water.

Through this piece, Hlow revisits the traces left by time and rekindles the hidden potential of forgotten materials with a renewed perspective.
